Team Leader answers:

DeQuervain’s Tendonitis is initially treated with oral anti-inflammatory medication, splinting and avoidance of activities which exacerbate the condition. Injections are the second line of treatment and surgery a last resort.
I developed deQuervains from overuse of my left hand after injury and multiple surgeries on my right hand. A combination of ibuprofen and resting my left hand calmed the tendonitis and I was able to avoid further treatment. With patience and persistence, you may be able to do the same.
