How do I get rid of Chronic tendinitis in my shoulder/neck area?
It hurts bad and also causes me to twitch or move my shoulder a lot to try to get comfortable even though i never get comfortable. It feels tense and will not go away.

Have you tried physical therapy or muscle relaxers? If not, talk to your doctor. Also heat and ice will help somewhat along with motrin or aleve. Good luck and I hope that you feel better soon.
