How much should I expect? mva settlement car accident?

Accident was December 18 2008. I received upper lower back and neck sprains, Bursitis in the shoulder, Two teeth loose stage one mobility,Severe concussion. Mental trauma I hate driving on a highway at speeds over 60 panic attacks blah blah. I did 7 months of therapy for my back and neck recommended by the doc. I had a few visits to the doc for my shoulder. Two visits for my teeth mobility. My med bills total to $11,000. I have an attorney recommended by a friend who used him and did GREAT. My question is this, am I out of my mind for expecting 10,000 dollars in my pocket? I missed one month of treatment due to the fact my grandmother was going through kemo in NY and I was the only available person to take care of her, I missed one docs visit because I forgot it was that day. I know the majority of my injuries are soft tissue but, I do feel that expecting this is not going to be out of line. A car lost control and sorta tbone/sideswiped me going 70-80 mph’s I smashed my mush on the window resulting in tooth mobility. Am I out of my mind? I was in an accident two years prior to this. I received a sprained wrist. I settled about a month after and received $1200 and the injuries then to me are nothing compared to what I had to go through. Can someone help anybody ever received a settlement for similar injuries? Is bursitis bad?
